Frequently Asked Questions
The Aspire Her® Conference is designed with working women in mind: those in careers, those returning to the workforce, students, and entrepreneurs. If you fit into one of these categories, we have plenty of sessions just for you! If you’re not sure where you fit in, we feel confident you’ll find direction, confidence, and support through our programming and network of supportive, driven working women.
We’re curating a speaker lineup of incredibly successful and celebrated business leaders from the Mountain States region.
With more than two dozen speakers, we’re offering a huge range of session topics focused on three themes: entrepreneurship, common financial hurdles, and mental health for working women. We’ve organized these sessions into tracks to help you choose which ones to attend.
We are working hard to ensure that you have access to these valuable resources come rain or come shine.
In the unlikely circumstance that the state does not allow us continue with our planned in-person attendance capacity and health guidelines, we will be able to allow some attendees to transfer their in-person registration to an Online Only ticket. Virtual attendees will have access to all the same sessions as well as interactive features like live chat, Q&A participation, and e-networking.
If you buy a ticket and end up being unable to attend virtually due to extreme illness or other extenuating circumstances, we can put the purchase of your ticket toward next year’s event. You may also easily transfer your ticket to another user by accessing the ticket transfer link in your confirmation email. Please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
With two full days of workshops on the docket, the most important thing you should do is dress comfortably!
However, we are planning plenty of opportunities for you to connect, collaborate and learn with speakers and other attendees, so we recommend any range of business formal to casual that you feel best represents your personal and professional brand.
We also ask that you refrain from attire containing offensive language or wording that could be considered bullying or discriminatory.
Absolutely! Although the speakers, panels, and workshops are designed with women in mind we welcome the perspective and support of anyone who is interested in the aspirations of women.
Nursing mothers and babes in arms are welcome at all sessions of the conference. There will be a private nursing and pumping room for those who desire privacy while nursing.
All of our rooms for the conference are wheelchair accessible. The rooms are held on 1 main floor with no stairs in between. Aisles are also spaced wide to be wheelchair accessible.
Several hotel and Airbnb options are available in the Draper area, but the closest hotels to the venue are TownePlace Suites by Marriott and Hampton Inn just off the Bangerter Highway and I-15 interchange.
Free, on-site parking will be available at the event venue.
You can purchase lunches for both days of the conference when purchasing your conference registration, or you can opt to find your own lunch at one of several restaurants nearby. There will also be food trucks at the venue during lunch breaks.
